An ExecutiveSous Chef is responsible for contributing to menu creation andmanaging and training the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellentGuest and Team Member experience while managing food costcontrols.
As Executive Sous Chef, you areresponsible for contributing to menu creation and managing andtraining the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent Guest and TeamMember experience. An Executive Sous Chef will also be required tomanage food cost controls. Specifically, you will be responsiblefor performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:
- Contribute to menucreation
- Manage and train the kitchen brigadeeffectively to ensure a well-organised and motivatedteam
- Ensure consistency in quality of dishesat all times
- Assist theExecutive Chef and managing customer relations whennecessary, in the absence of the Chef
- Ensureresources meet business needs through the effective management ofworking rotas
- Support brand standards throughthe training and assessment of your team
- Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food andBeverage revenue
- Knowledge of activities inother departments and implications
- Ensurecompliance with food hygiene and Health and Safetystandards
