AKitchen & Laundry Technician is responsible for themaintenance of the Kitchen and Laundry department in the hotel andmeet the requirements to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Memberexperience while troubleshooting issues and providingsolutions.

As a Kitchen & LaundryTechnician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of theKitchen and Laundry department in the hotel and meet therequirements to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Memberexperience. A Kitchen & Laundry Technician will also berequired to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions tomeet guest requirements. Specifically, you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Meet and exceed guest expectationsconsistently
  • Execute the required maintenancefor the Kitchen and Laundry department
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, pinpoint faults, and offerremedies during events
  • Comply with hotelsecurity, fire regulations and all health and safetylegislation
  • Knowledge of back of houseequipment and property management systems
  • Attend appropriate training courses whenrequired
  • Ensure compliance of brandstandards
  • Assist other departments wherevernecessary and maintain good working relationships
  • Be environmentally aware
