Job Role: Uniform RoomAttendant

AUniform Room Attendant is responsible for supporting laundryoperations to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experiencewhile liaising with laundry suppliers and ensuring a uniformdeposit system is in place.
As a UniformRoom Attendant, you are responsible for supporting laundryoperations to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Memberexperience. A Uniform Room Attendant will also be requiredto liaise with laundry suppliers and ensure a uniform depositsystem is in place. Specifically, you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Check uniforms for cleanliness and condition,carrying out minor repair work, if required
- Ensure support is provided to the laundry function whenrequired
- Complete wash cycles, folding oflinen and correct storage
- Liaise with laundrysuppliers and dry cleaners on the cleaning of uniforms
- Ensure uniform deposit system in place withFinance
- Ensure outgoing uniform is controlled,including new team members and current team members
- Carry out uniform stock takes as requested
- Ensure par stocks are maintained
- Ensure soiled and damaged linen is stored in soiled bagsand disposed of correctly
- Maintain linen roomand uniform store
- Report maintenance andhazard issues
- Comply with hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safety legislation
