Job Role: Laundry Attendant

Due to the current VISARESTRICTIONS only candidates from within the UAE with a current UAEResidence Visa can be considered for thisvacancy 

ALaundry Attendant is responsible for supporting laundry operationsand providing pressing, sewing, and similar services to deliver anexcellent Guest and Team Member experience.

As aLaundry Attendant, you are responsible for supporting laundryoperations and providing pressing, sewing, and other similarservices to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience.A Laundry Attendant will also be required to manage and respond toguest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure support is provided to the laundryfunction when required
• Complete wash cycles,folding of linen and correct storage
• Manageguest requests in line with company brand standards and one calldelivery deadline
• Greet guests in public areasand rooms in a warm and friendly manner
• Provide laundry, pressing, sewing, and other similarservices to guests
• Ensure soiled and damagedlinen is stored in soiled bags and disposed of correctly
• Maintain linen room and uniform store - Ensure floors arestocked with the correct amount of each linen items
• Ensure chemicals are used and stored correctly
• Report maintenance and hazard issues
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and allhealth and safety legislation
