Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Specialist to assist in developing FLAGDream's advanced course products. The role is mainly to help to promote the course content and structure as a popular product to sell.
What You'll Do:
• Assist in building the core curriculums at FLAGDream
• Assist do market research, collect industry and job-related information
• Motivate "service providers community" to support and purchase premium branded products
• Collect and analyze the Market Data to find the talent needs of Big companies and the core knowledge that students want to learn
• Work closely with the field consultant team to understand the customers' needs
• Assess the quality of the mentor and help the consultant to pair the right mentor to student
• Collaborate with the Product team on gathering competitor information, market, and product analysis
What You'll Have:
• Strong basic skills in your major
• Attention to detail + project management skills
• Strong communication skill, both oral and written
• Highly Organized with the ability to multi-task
• Strong problem-solving skill
What You'll need:
• Bachelor's or Masters in Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science or related field, preferred MBA
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Fluency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar programs
