Our client is looking for a Lead Engineer with expertise in Java, SQL, React and AWS for back-end software product development. Seeking a lead software engineer to build cloud-deployed dashboards and analytic applications. Position Title: Lead Software Engineer - Back-end - Analytics (hands-on)

Job Description:
Lead small teams in technical design, scoping and estimation for product development
Work on back-end aspects of dashboard application, analytics software
Develop components to ingest data and serve UI requests
Build full stack web applications in public and private cloud environments
Work on a new product components in support of claims, invoicing
Employ the latest in testing and deployment methodologies to ensure safe code deployment
Experience Profile:
BS in Computer Science, or related, and 6+ years applicable experience in software development
Experience building dashboards, reports, analytics tools
Strong hands-on design, coding, testing and debugging
Research, investigate, problem solve and debug production issues
Software architecture, design and problem solving skills
Expertise in SQL and Java, ReactJS, React Native APIsand AWS ecosystem
Experience with database, data warehouse
Experience building cloud-based, full stack, web applications software products
Experience designing and building back-end systems that can horizontally scale
Logging and monitoring the health of distributed systems
Agile - Scrum, sprints, CI/CD, etc.
Stable record of direct employment
Helpful/Desired:
MS degree in Computer Science or related
Node.JS, javascript/jQuery, Unix/Linux, RESTful API, Python
Experience with Apache Druid (or similar distributed columnar database)
Graph QL, ES5 Node.js, ECMAScript, OOJS, JSX, Snowflake, open source
Patient information systems, medical, healthcare, etc.
