This position will also support the execution of our projects and initiatives by developing, refining, and communicating business requirements, process maps, wireframes, and testing IT developments.Primary Responsibilities:• Analyzes financial performance by reviewing the accuracy of financial reports, accruals, and projections.• Assists in creation of the annual operating plan (AOP), annual budget, and 5-year forecast.• Develops reports that communicate the department's business and financial performance.• Utilizes experience to automate manual processes using SharePoint, SSRS, Excel, and/or Access.• Works with Senior Business Analyst to create comprehensive business requirements to achieve project scope by probing business owners with insightful inquiries to develop as-is and to-be process flows, gap analysis, detailed GUI mock ups and descriptions of user needs.• Designs solutions that are customer centric, intuitive and efficient for end users and customers.• Works with cross-functional project teams to design, document, and implement new lines of business or system enhancements from ideation to launch.• Assists Senior Business Analyst in communicating requirements to internal and external Architects, Developers and Business Analysts for developing new processes, user interfaces, and products.• Prioritizes requirements to ensure maximum business value accounting for all aspects of the business needs.• Translates business requirements into modifications to the existing relationship diagrams, tables, user interfaces, and reports.• Illustrates requirements through professional and easy to understand formats for various audiences.• Serves as change agent during implementation of new systems and processes and develops Standard Operating Procedures accordingly.• Develops and maintains productive business relationship with the internal and external partners to execute project.Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance or• Bachelor's degree in Business or• Bachelor's degree in Accounting• In addition to required degree, 1 plus year(s) related work experienceDesired Qualifications • In addition to desired degree, 3 plus years' related work experienceAdditional Preferred QualificationsComfortable with performing financial analysis and understanding financial terms and concepts.Experienced in creating business requirements, process flows, and wireframes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail.Self-starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all projects and requests.Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations.Experience with Microsoft suite of products; including Visio, SharePoint, Excel, and Access.Familiarity with testing processes using Report Manager, Soap UI, ETL and OLAP a plus.Experience or knowledge of customer service or customer experience functions and processesExperience in functional software development and knowledge of related methodologiesExperience evaluating complex issues and influencing outcomes or decisions among management level stakeholdersInterest and ability to develop deep knowledge of software capabilities related to customer service, sales & marketing, or e-commerce and related functions and processesFacilitation, communication and interpersonal skillsProject management or process improvement experienceAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment2 to 5 plus years' of related experience as a Business Finance AnalystWorking Conditions• After onboarding period the role is classified as Hybrid.Travel RequirementsNot requiredRelocation Assistance Provided (as applicable)NoRepresented/Union PositionNoVisa Sponsored PositionNoPosting Expiration DateSaturday, September 18, 2021All job postings expire at 12:01 AM on the posting expiration date.Please note that in order to be considered for this position, you must possess all of the basic/required qualifications.
