Job Title: Order Entry Assistant
Location: Coventry, CV6 5NX
Rate: £9.74 per Hour + Holidays (3 days-25/8BH)
Duration: 12 months+
The Role:
Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week - 8.30am-5pm (40 mIns lunch break)
Our client is looking for a keen Order Entry Assistant who will take responsibility for resolving a wide range of customer issues ranging from the straight forward price and availability questions to, investigation and resolving of invoicing and credit note issues.
To develop a close working relationship with customers.
Skills/Qualifications:
Communicate with customers in a professional and clear manner, both written and verbal
Able to complete work with accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage time and workload effectively
Ability to achieve deadlines whilst under pressure.
Previous experience of working in a fast paced, transaction based business.
Good literacy and numeracy skills

- Querying where the following doesn't match:
- Account/sold to address/delivery address/bill to address
- Prices/discounts
- Part numbers
- Pack quantities
- Owning the order, until all queries resolved, and entered in full
- Purchase Order checks.
- Owning and resolving invoice disputes and debit notes.
- Raising credit amendments and sales order releases where necessary
- Managing queries, chased twice per week, escalate where necessary.
- Internally, working with inventory, customer service, product managers, technical, sales engineers, accounts.
- Working as a team, respect team members & others.
- Liaise with Inventory, Technical, Warehouse, Product Managers, Sales Teams and Management
