Our nuclear client is seeking a HSE Manager to work on a 3-6 month contract basis
Reporting to the Head of SHE with strong relationships project teams, you will be responsible for delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of our award-winning SHE culture
This will involve work at Sellafield site, site in Barrow and the Ministry of Defence site at Eskmeals, amongst others. You will provide advice and guidance in order to support organisational culture and ways of working.
To provide SHE support to all operations within your region.
To support the SHE team in implementing corporate initiatives within the region
To act on behalf of the Head of Assurance in supporting regional division projects Essential:
Engineering or science qualification (HNC, HND, Degree) or relevant experience
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
IOSH membership (Chartered or GradIOSH)
Nuclear licensed site experience
Knowledge of SHE management in construction/demolition environments
A sound understanding of Human Performance principles
NEBOSH Environmental Diploma or IEMA membership preferred
A good understanding of ISO 45001 AND ISO 14001
Auditing experience
Full UK Driving Licence
