We are looking for a Business System Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity in Austin, TX.
You:

• Exceptional communicator who is skilled at interfacing with both technical and non-technical users
• 5+ years experience in business analysis
• Strong experience in documentation and comfortable building out a knowledge base
• Experience providing level 1 and 2 support to internal customers
• Experience with a relational database
• Experience with Sharepoint and MS Office 365
• Experience with testing is a plus!
• Experience working in the public sector is a plus!
