What you will do…
Guide one or two teams on continuous improvement towards creating awesome value for our clients;
Help build a safe and trusting environment, where feedback is candid, and everyone feels their needs are understood instead of being judged. In this organization there is a major focus on helping everyone level up;
Facilitate discussions, decisions and conflict resolution;
Help the work getting done without dictating who should work and how they should work;
Help your team focus on delivering value continuously and not just delivering software;
Coach and mentor the developers and the product owner, understand their needs and help them improve individually and as a team;
Help your team highlight and remove impediments;
Protect your team from external noise and help establish proper communication channels with stakeholders abroad.
Main requirements
You are not afraid to fail and learn from it;
2+ years of experience as a scrum master for more than one team;
Great insights and knowledge about Scrum, Kanban, Lean and XP;
Good skills of facilitation, servant leadership, continuous improvement, and increasing transparency;
Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
Knowledge/insight regarding Modern Agile
Flow and have read Coaching Agile Teams and The Phoenix Project;
Understand why and how to adopt TDD, continuous delivery, automation and pairing;
Have been working in teams which are in different physical locations;
Ability to help others overcome problems by encouraging thinking outside the box while never compromising quality.
