What you will do…
· Develop and configure appropriate technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform using best practices and ServiceNow standards;
· Develop new projects and implement business processes including reporting, test automation, mobility and asset management (Requirement Analysis, Design and Implementation);
· Report technical problems and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences;
· Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform and its applications;
· Maintain the operations manuals and other technical documents;
· Contribute to the optimization of support services and processes.
Main requirements
You have the following qualifications…
· Minimum of Bachelor's degree in IT;
· Very good knowledge and experience of JavaScript, Angular JS, Ajax, HTML, CSS is desired;
· Basic IT knowledge (network, databases, application servers, web services, distributed systems);
· Ideally at least +1 year of professional experience in Web development;
· Eager to learn ServiceNow platform and application development;
· Strong analytical skills paired with a strong service and customer orientation;
· Initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks;
· Result-oriented and communicative team player;
· Good written and spoken English skills.
Nice to have
· Scrum Master experience;
· ServiceNow Certification.
