As a Business Analyst, you will...
The Business Analyst will work across our entire range of solutions, liaising with the clients, the development team, and other internal teams to meet client requirements
Ability to accurately identify/determine customer needs using several gathering requirements techniques: brainstorming, document analysis, focus group, interface analysis, interviews, workshops, reverse engineering, surveys, user task analysis, process mapping, observation/job shadowing, design thinking

Able to identify and write different types of requirements
Always looking out for opportunities to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of business processes
Main requirements
Knowledge of either BPMN, UML, or Archimate, and application design and software development methodologies
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and contribute to the development of functional specifications
Analyse existing systems and technical solutions and identifying new solution options, assessing them for both technical and business suitability
Work closely with internal and external developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Quality Management System and other Management Systems that the company may adopt, as well as Health, Safety & Environment and report any non-conformity detected in this area
Understanding of concepts and principles of system design, software and network architecture
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Portuguese
Nice to have
Formal Business Analyst certification, e.g. CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
Knowledge of Volere techniques and requirements specification template
