WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE As Senior QA Automation Engineer , you are responsible for leading system verification testing activities, and assisting in maintaining and implementing the testing methods and procedures necessary for the verification of our platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring our products and features meet our customers' requirements and our quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced start-up to test one of our 3 products - Carpool, Shuttle, or Fleet - at various stages in their development.
You help us move one step closer to becoming the best mobility tech company in the world by ensuring our products are fast, reliable, and scalable.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work with developers and product managers to help clarify requirements and identify functional and UX problems
Identify and create detailed test cases for manual and automated execution
Perform functional testing of new features as they are developed
Take part in the manual part of our regression test
Reproduce bugs reported by customers or caught in logs
Use defect tracking tools to log, track and refine issues
Main requirements
4+ years of experience as a Software QA Engineer, with a minimum of 2 years of experience testing mobile applications for iOS and Android
Ideally, have had experience with Appium and in Ruby
Experience designing test cases for new features and for bugs found in the field
Attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate, reproduce and document defects
Nice to have
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Previous experience in the mobility industry
Experience with Agile development environments
