I am a very experienced manager working on change projects in IT. I have worked in many sectors:
Logistics and Supply chain, Utilities, oil and gas, FMCG, Telecommunication, Industry, Insurance, Financial / business services
Next to my knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle, development tools, IT standards and quality magagement I have gained significant knowledge of change management in organizations as parttime University lecturer.
I am open, transparant, and considered to be an excellent communicator and people manager. I have worked predominantly in Germany over the last years and have a a good understanding of German, written and in speech.
