Data Coordinator/Copywriter

We are looking for a Data Coordinator/Copywriter to support our tech client based in Redmond, WA for a contract engagement (position will be remote until further notice).

This team is responsible for ensuring timely and effective communications to employees regarding their internal training. In the coming fiscal year they will have a host of required learnings and managing the nurture for those programs is a priority to ensure their success and drive efficiencies and clarity across the organization. The team will manage consistency in voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging across programs, pull required email lists and provide reporting out to stakeholders on performance across those programs.

What You Will Do:

• Support the senior Data Analyst with day-to-day data sourcing and report creation
• Use standardized processes to compile complex data sets in Excel utilizing VLOOKUP
• Cross check data quality prior to sending reports
• Assist with on brand copywriting and copyediting as needed

What You Will Bring:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a relevant position
• Strong Excel experience (expertise in VLOOKUP is a must)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Copywriting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to meet stakeholder needs
