You are an expert in user-centred design, and excel at conducting user research and translating it into intuitive design. You are a professional who thrives creatively at the intersection of user needs, business goals and product vision. You may or may not have previous experience in designing data analytics platforms, but you are excited about unlocking the power of data driven decision making for progressive companies, candidates and causes.About the Role:You will be involved in every aspect of the product development life cycle, from initial user research, to designing wireframes and user interfaces, to conducting usability testing and ongoing user research on our interactive data analytics platform. You will grow your skills working closely with the engineering and product teams, while collaborating with cross-functional groups including client success, internal users of the analyst platform and data science teams. We treat our employees like our most valuable asset - because they are!Compensation is benchmarked to the upper range of companies in our sector, geography, and stage.
