Job Role: Assistant Food and BeverageManager

AnAssistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for assistingwith managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets todeliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while trainingstaff and working within budgeted guidelines.
Asan Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible forassisting with managing operations of all Food and Beverage outletsto deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An AssistantFood and Beverage Manager will also be required to manage, train,and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards:
- Oversee operations of Food and Beverageoutlets
- Maintain exceptional levels ofcustomer service
- Recruit, manage, train, anddevelop the team
- Assist with annual andmid-year appraisals with team members under yourresponsibility
- Manage guest queries in atimely and efficient manner
- Work withinbudgeted guidelines
- Assist in settingdepartmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, andpolicies and procedures
- Develop menus withother members of Food and Beverage team
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Incentivise team members to maximize sales andrevenue
- Deputise for the Food and Beveragemanager in their absence
- Comply with hotelsecurity, fire regulations and all health and safetylegislation
- Assist other departments wherevernecessary and maintain good working relationships
To successfully fill this role, you shouldmaintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values thatfollow:
- Previous Food and BeverageManagement or Supervisory experience
- Knowledgeof Financial Systems
- Flexibility to respond toa range of work situations
- Committed todelivering high levels of customer service
- Positive attitude
- Good communicationskills

- Excellent groomingstandards
