Job Role: Food & BeverageCoordinator 

Due to the current VISARESTRICTIONS only candidates from within the UAE with a current UAEResidence Visa can be considered for thisvacancy

A Food& Beverage Coordinator will provide scheduling andcoordination of special projects, handle calls and inquiries,arrange travel, and offer excellent administrative support tomanagement within the Food & Beverage department.

As Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will provideexcellent administrative support to the Food & Beveragedepartment and other managers, as assigned. Specifically, a Food& Beverage Coordinator will perform the following tasks tothe highest standards:

  • Manage theDepartmental schedule
  • To report directly tothe Director of Food & Beverage and support theadministration of the Food & Beverage department
  • Handle all calls and appointments, courteously andpromptly
  • Provide accurate management of alldocumentation and maintain a systematic filing system
  • Assist with the coordination of special projects,including scheduling and follow-up
  • Any otherad hoc tasks as requested by Manager(s)
  • Responsible for minute taking during F&BMeetings
  • Perform general clerical duties toinclude but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing andfilling

To successfully fill thisrole, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, andvalues that follow:

  • A passion forproviding great service and meeting and talking to newpeople
  • Previous experience within the Food& Beverage department
  • Organized andaccurate in every respect
  • Ability tomulti-task efficiently while still meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers andcomputer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-leveldegree, not required but preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective internal andexternal hotel relationships
