Job Role: Laundry Supervisor

Due to the current VISARESTRICTIONS only candidates from within the UAE with a current UAEResidence Visa can be considered for thisvacancy 

ALaundry Supervisor is responsible for managing overall dailyoperations of the Laundry Room to deliver an excellentGuest and Team Member experience while ensuring qualitycontrols and guest inquiries.

As a LaundrySupervisor, you are responsible for managing overall dailyoperations of the Laundry Room to deliver an excellent Guest andTeam Member experience. A Laundry Supervisor will also berequired to ensure quality controls are in place and managecustomer service inquiries. Specifically, you will be responsiblefor performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:

• Manage overall dailyoperations of the Laundry Department
• Ensurequality controls are in place for all laundry processes, rejectingany exceptions
• Maintain cleanliness of thelaundry area
• Train, develop, and appraise thelaundry team
• Ensure linen and housekeepingsupplies are ordered and controlled in line with Business andEvents
• Carry out stock takes
• Ensure par stocks are maintained
• Take receipt of stock and ensure safe storage
• Manage customer service issues quickly andeffectively
• Oversee the issuing of linen via arequisition system
• Ensure team members adhereto all Health and Safety Regulations
• Carry outany other reasonable task set by the hotel'smanagement

To successfully fillthis role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills,and values that follow:

• Excellent organizational and planningskills
• Excellent communicationskills

It would be advantageous inthis position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities anddistinctions:

• Previous hotel orleisure sector experience
• Previous experienceat Supervisory level
