We are seeking a self-motivated, responsible and friendly new member to hit the ground running for our Information and Advice team for a six-month period. The team provides information and advice to older people on matters such as welfare benefits, health and social care, housing and local services. This role particularly focuses on the needs of those who have been affected by Covid 19 through redundancy, age discrimination, financial and housing issues.
This is an interesting and varied role helping provide information and advice to individual older people, their carers and families. No two days are alike and each day you will be picking up the phone to a variety of callers of different ages and abilities.
