Front End Developer (Berlin, Deutschland)
What you will do:
- You work on features and individual work packages of existing projects in our project development department and, if necessary, prepare them so that they can be passed on to external partners.
- Together with the responsible teams and project managers at Retresco, you identify and design projects or project components to be outsourced and assess their feasibility and complexity.
- You provide technical support for outsourced project components and ensure their high-quality implementation in accordance with Retresco's standards and specifications.
- You ensure that established standards and best practices are available to our external partners and optimise and document them for smooth collaboration
What we expect:
- You have a degree in computer science or a comparable discipline
- You have at least five years' experience in the development of complex software projects (preferably single-page applications) in large teams or across multiple teams and in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- You have in-depth experience in at least one Javascript framework, preferably with Angular
- You are very familiar with the requirements and specifics of designing, estimating, and implementing projects for large companies
- You are skilled in customer and team communication
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ideally, you have already supervised nearshore or offshore teams in your projects and ensured that the project ran smoothly
