Description:

Below is a list of material responsibilities and essential duties which must be completed to achieve the objectives of this position.
  • Prepare the job description for the position needed. ]
  • Build the company CV’s database and candidate “pool”, including strong overseas candidate pool and data base to fulfill any immediate requirement from the client.
  • Prepare & design job advertisements.
  • Post and advertise jobs through various media as appropriate. (social media & recruitment websites, etc.)
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Prepare all the forms, test and questions needed for interviewing
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
  • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team, on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Continuously generating a pool of the talented people to hire according to the HR plan.
  • Effectively build and engage with talent communities through social media outlets.
  • Head hunting people from different places.
  • Use social appropriate media to attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy. Continuously and effectively communicate with approved overseas and local agencies for the follow up and fulfillment of different hiring requests.
  • Maintain strict compliance to CTIPS by ensuring 100% of deployed overseas employees and recruitment agencies mobilize employees to adhere to CTIPS terms & conditions


  • Qualifications: Below are statements regarding: educational and experience qualifications, and required proficiencies with specialized knowledge, that are necessary to perform this job.
  • B.SC of Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields. Human Resources certification/accreditation is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, whether in house recruiter, or staff agency recruiter. 3
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • English Language proficiency is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and laws pertaining to oversees hiring and sponsorship.
  • Proficient at MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients/projects regarding recruitment matters.
