We are looking for a Foreman to join ourFrench interior decoration and Fit-out company located in Doha -Qatar.

Site manager / Foreman: Decorative and Artisticpainting with technical painting knowledgeONLY

 

Our projects : very high end residential,nd hospitalityprojects (mostly Artistic Paint decoration)

 

Jobresponsibilities:

Conduct dailysite surveys.

Order material and askquotations.

Prepare work programme/projectschedules.

Prepare daily site reports.

Submit project completion reports on-time for finalaccount purposes.

Follow-up with thesub-contractors

Communicate with the client, theconsultants and the management

Achieve definedgoals and deliver high end finishing as expected

Make sure that all construction and decoration works aredone as specified (Able to read contracts and identify our limitsof the scope of work)

Provide solutions forday-to-day problems and challenges

Maintain adaily report specifying the progress and the problems faced ifany

Play a leader role with all personals insite

Teach techniques to artistpainters.

 

Full-time, Permanent

Skills

Must know techniques ofdecorative paint (Effects, Patina, leaves, Wallpapers,etc…)

Able to readingdrawings/layout.

Microsoft office (excel /word).

English speaker required

French speaker will be appreciable
