EDI Developer will be responsibilities will vary depending on the evolving needs of the business, but are expected to include:
- The entire cycle of EDI applications from analysis and design to development, testing and support
- Recording and implementing incoming requirements in terms of adaptations and new developments of applications and processes
- Maintaining documentation and all EDI processes
- Active participation in project status meetings
- Implementation of EDI processes based on business requirements
- Quality management with regard to design and code reviews
- Supporting activities for escalation and problem management
EDI Developer will contribute to:
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on IT or computer science, or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist
- Initial experience in data integration, such as with Lobster, .NET, WebAPI or another solution
- Interest in message-oriented Middleware, Web services and/or other relevant technologies such as XML, JSON
- EDI Developer to have good knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL queries and NoSQL
- Good to very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
