We depend on creative, responsible, hardworking individuals like you to operate our business successfully!Compensation:$16.74Shift Available:2nd Shift - Monday Friday 2pm 10:30pmAccountabilities:+ Loading and unloading trucks, trailers+ Operations of forklifts, depalletizing and all other relative production equipment+ Completing reports and records on stocked, shipped and received items+ Communicate with the line lead and/or supervisor to ensure overall success in all areas+ Housekeeping and minor equipment maintenance+ Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations+ Other duties as assignedRequirements:+ Cargill requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.+ Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.+ Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)+ High School diploma or Equivalent+ Basic use of a computer and typing skills+ Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.+ Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)+ Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice+ Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment+ Experience driving a forklift+ At least 6 months of experience in production related workPreferred:+ Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)+ Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)+ Working knowledge of inventory systems+ Previous food industry experienceEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.At Cargill, everyone matters and everyone counts.
