• Guaranteed Base between $240,000-$290,000 depending on practice type and experience
• Production based on wRVU
• 6 weeks PTO
• $50,000 Sign-on
• $150,000 in Student Loan Assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM/PC) / Internal Medicine (IM)

• Main Hospital - 300+ bed Regional Referral Center, Level II Trauma Center with draw area of 350,000+
• Outpatient only or Combination inpatient/outpatient practice - YOU CHOOSE
• Sorry - No Hospitalists options at this time
• NO OB or ER requirement
• Family Medicine - sees an average of 22 patients per day
• Internal Medicine - sees an average of 18 patients per day
• Work side-by-side with a tenured staff of physicians and mid-level providers
• Several locations to choose from with varying schedules - lets design a practice for your best quality of life

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM/PC) / Internal Medicine (IM)

• Must Be Board Certified or Eligible with intent to certify if less than 2 years out of training
• Yes, We can support H1B visas. We are an uncapped location.
