Our client, a leader in offshore engineering solutions, is currently seeking an experienced Mooring Installation Engineer, to work on a contract basis until December 2021.
Duties will include:
- Definition of installation method
- Perform and/or installation analyses (orcaflex, rigging checks)
- Package engineer on installation aids (definition of requirements in term of installation aids & follow-up of supplier)
Candidate requirements:
- Engineering degree
- Previous experience in installation engineering (>8y) especially on Mooring installation (Suction pile , chain SSW, polyester) & Floating unit hookup
- Skilled with Orcaflex, (use of python macro being a plus), Autocad, Microsoft project
- Needs to be autonomous, able to adapt to company way of working
