The Logistics & Information Systems Support team (SLSI), service of the Logistics department (LOG) of the Operations department (OPE) is looking for a service in SAP Data Analysis and support.
SLSI's mission is to provide support to the Logistics department and other OPE entities, so that they work with reliable, high-performance tools that facilitate their operational activity.
SAP Data Analyst expected services are:

- Create, set up and develop results and monitoring indicators for Logistics and Piloting activities, using SAP, Business Object (BI4.2) and Power BI tools.
- Provide support to users regarding the use of existing BI4.2 & Power BI queries and reports
- Main project identified: Indicators of the OPE Directorate
SAP Data Analyst to participate in a structuring project which aims to provide the OPE Directorate with harmonized indicators based on a common database.
SAP Data Analyst expected services are:
- Contribute to the realization of the specifications
- Control of the datasets delivered by the IT department
- Development of KPIs in Power BI
- Support the teams using these KPIs
- Support to the Prescriber in the use of these KPIs
SAP Data Analyst other services:
- Contribute to the resolution of urgent operational SAP problems (eg: authorizations, monitoring of interfaces)
- Achieve continuity of SAP service, in particular by guaranteeing assistance to logistics businesses in the use of the SAP tool and in understanding the various SAP flows
- If the service provider has the skills: provide support to Logistics Specifiers on Office365 tools, and participate in internal communication within the Operations Department by updating and maintaining the SharePoint OPE.
Other projects:
- Detailed tracking of deliveries and issuance of delivery notes
- Implementation of a solution for monitoring CO2 emissions across the entire logistics chain
