Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

• Engineering or Science Degree, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience/competence.
• Professional Heath, safety and environmental qualifications, (NEBOSH, IEMA, etc)
• Lead auditor in either ISO14001 or OSHAS18001
• BOSIET/FOET/ Legionella / any other relevant HSE mandatory / regulatory qualification required for Onshore Working
• BEIS Level 2 UK Oil Spill Response
• Excellent knowledge of UK HSE regulatory regime, HSE Regulations and UK legal standards with regard to Major Accident Hazards
• Operational and technical HSE experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Knowledge of UK HSE permitting processes and relevant documentation
• Supervisory/Management Experience
• Experience in HSE reporting systems
• Experience in HSE Audits
• Experience in Human Factors and the application of Behavioural HSE Approaches
• Broad range of experience in HSE management, incident investigation, emergency response, auditing, and training
• Accomplishment of all the Computer Based Training courses and Technical Training foreseen by the Company as part of the individual training and competence scheme consistently with HSE Training Matrix
• Demonstrate the behaviours outlined within the Eni's Human Focus through Thought, Action, Relationship & Person

• Position will involve offshore visits
• Capable of working offshore and in other potentially challenging environments
• Participation will be required in the Emergency Response Duty rota
