An opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to be a member of the Integrity Team based in Norwich. You will be responsible and accountable for the management of the integrity of pressure systems fixed equipment for SNS. You will take ownership of Written Schemes of Examination, inspection regimes, inspection methodology, PSV management, defect assessment, fit for purpose assessments and repair strategies for onshore and offshore pressure systems to ensure the compliance and execution of IPPPS.
You will be responsible and accountable as the Technical Authority/Competent Person under onshore PSSR & COMAH Schemes for onshore Terminals and fulfil the equivalent role for
offshore assets, as hydrocarbon containment performance standard owner.
This position operates on a Monday to Friday basis and may involve some offshore travel as operationally required.
Qualifications:
̢ۢ The candidate should hold a recognised mechanical or metallurgy degree with chartered status.
Experience:
̢ۢ At least 10 years of experience (or equivalent) in Process / Petrochemicals Industry, with 5 years of experience in onshore/offshore oil & gas.
̢ۢ Relevant experience should include pressure vessel design, risk-based inspection planning, fitness for service assessment, plant inspection, corrosion management and repair planning.
