A Newly opened Luxury Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAEis searching for team members to conduct brilliantoperation.   FrontOffice Team Leader / Supervisor Responsibilities are: Receive guests in a professional and friendlymanner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through todeparture Maintain effective communicationwith all related departments to ensure smooth servicedelivery Maintain an awareness of rate levelsto be sold on a daily basis and the occupancy levelsMaintain good working relationship with all Front Officeemployees with particular emphasis on Front Desk Agents and GuestServices Supervise all Front Desk employeesensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendlymanner Maintain an up to date knowledge ofhotel and local services and supply information and respond toguest queries Verify all cashier closures ofFront Desk Agents on shift end for billing and attachmentaccuracy Ensure all guest registrations arecompleted and correspond with guest information    Requirements Strong written and verbal communicationskills Ability to lead and motivate ateam Previous front officeexperience Language skillsVaccinated or not against vaccination    Benefits 1 year contract Salary 2500 AED + 250 AED Language Allowance + 250 AEDService Charge (from 3rd Month).
