We partnered up with *Gorillas*, one of the fastest growing delivery companies in the market, as part of our project, to help people ensure financial sustainability while also improving their interpersonal and communication skills.
*Speaking Dutch is not a requirement to work at Gorillas, come and be a part of our journey!
*At Gorillas you will: *
* Deliver groceries by bicycle from our warehouse to the customer.
* Bike within a very small radius since Gorillas aims to deliver within 10 minutes of ordering
* Become the main point of contact with the customers
*What we need from you: *
* Eligible to work within The Netherlands. Unfortunately, we can't sponsor Visas. However, we can sponsor work permits if you have a student residence permit.
* You like cycling (you'll be back in the Hub within 20 minutes!).
* You are motivated, hands on, and ready to help wherever needed.
* Organizational skills
*Salary & Benefits: *
* A fixed 7 month contract (0, 16 or 20, and 32 weekly working hour contracts)
* Flexible Types of Contract: Daytime, Evening Work, Weekend Work, Holiday Work
* A base salary of €12.00 to €22.50 per hour (This includes 8% holiday wage) depending on performance + Tips; overtime paid out
* Retention bonus: 200€ paid out with the following salary after 3 months of employment 200% pay on select public holidays
* 25 vacation days a year! (Based on a 40h contract, if you work less than this, the holiday leave will be adjusted accordingly)
* Phone allowance (€15 for full-time riders/ €7.50 part-time riders)
* 25% discount on your own Gorillas groceries!
* Pension contribution

* E-Bikes and Cargo bikes provided during your deliveries
