Insurance Consultant
Kidderminster, West Midlands
Salary £20,000 - £26,500 per annum (Uncapped Bonus)

Our client is looking for a positive thinking insurance consultant to join and work collaboratively with the team based in Midland area.The ideal candidate would have a strong work ethic and the desire to work with their team to achieve the best results possible.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with but not limited to motor fleet, public liability, SME package policies, property owners and truck.
- Premiums dealt with would be between £500 to £5000.
- Achieve growth through new business sales.
- Self-generation leads and prospecting.
- Building relationships within the business with insurer partners and clients.
- Manging Claims.
- Identifying areas to add worth.
- Holding client meetings.
- Attending networking events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:• The ideal candidate would have 1 year or more in commercial or personal lines insurance.• Ability to work collaboratively with the team.• Ideally experience in using the market leading insurance platform (Acturis) but not essential.• To be positive, diligent, and hard working.• Ideally to have worked previously within a broking environment but not essential.• To have a proven track record of hitting KPIs.• The ideal candidate would be self- motivated.• Cert CII qualification desired but not essential, my client is willing to sponsor study support.• Math's and English GCSE grade C or above.

This is a full time, permanent position and the hours of work are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch, 9:00am to 12:00pm every fourth Saturday.
Team members are given time back in lieu of the hours worked on Saturday's.
Flexibility for a mixture of office and home working is available for this role with the expectation to work a minimum of 3 days from the office in Kidderminster.
