What we are looking for:
We are looking for a P2W Manager who can head up a busy permit office within a Top Tier Comah site. The ideal candidate will have Safe Systems of Work experience and have experience managing people whether taht be internal staff of sub contractors.
Your background doesn't have to be like for like, you may be a Shift Manager looking for a well paid day shift role, you may be a Permit issuer that has managed teams before.
We are looking for someone that can hold their own, someone that puts safety before everything & can follow a process. Someone who isn't afraid to say "no" or "not yet" if the correct permit is not in play.
