- Providing leadership in the delivery and enhancement of SAP solutions and associated IT/IS services
- Managing the functional teams for Finance, Sales & Commercial and Purchasing
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Designing and documenting IT solutions for the company
- Implementing effective BAU Service Management across a number of functional and technical areas of the platform
- Supporting IT projects from inception to delivery, by providing the IT solution, including assurance of IT Solutions.
To apply for this Application Support Manager role, you will need at least 10 years of experience in a Senior SAP role covering Functional & Architectural teams in a complex IT organisation.
You will also require the following:
- An understanding of end-to-end business processes in an SAP environment and solid technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Experience with Azure platforms and other cloud-based customer platforms (SaaS and PaaS) - desirable
- Knowledge of SAP and project management methodologies
- A track record in the design and delivery of IT projects across an organisation, including IT security being at the heart of the solutions
- Good communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build consensus amongst many stakeholders.
