What You Will Do
Source and recruit candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, primarily in Austin, Texas. Diligently ensure candidate information is up to date and accurate by using our CRM activities tool, Bullhorn. Build rapport with candidates and drive the process from start to close, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, checking references and assisting in onboarding.
About You
- You operate with integrity, transparency, and a positive attitude
- You have both high attention to detail and a natural sense of urgency in your work
- You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of technical recruiting experience (or many more!)
- You are a skilled communicator with strong negotiation skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You must have the initiative to own your work and drive your success beyond circumstances or rejections
