Responsible and accountable for execution of all planned deliverables during the rationalisation and system integration of Wells equipment held at various vendor sites. Key Responsibilities : - - Liaise with the Wells engineers to rationalise and reduce inventory located at various vendor sites - Prepare documentation for disposal / sale of redundant material - Carry out physical inventory check at vendor sites - Prepare material data in company format for creation of material master numbers in SAP - Upload confirmed inventory balances to SAP - Co-ordinate consolidation of inventory to reduce number of vendor sites and storage costs - Label inventory with SAP material master information Skills /Experience : - Experience in Materials & Inventory Management in Oil & Gas Industry Proficient knowledge & proven experience in SAP MM Module & Microsoft Office suite (specifically excel) In-depth knowledge/understanding of Wells material Strong organisational, communication & collaborative skills Self-motivated with a can-do attitudeWith over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
