Role Objectives:- The Reliability Engineer reports to the Head of Maintenance and Reliability. Meet site safety standards. Meet regulatory and customer quality requirements relating to ISO9001, ISO14001 and cGMP as well as the requirements of cross contamination prevention. Ensure the manufacturing plan is achieved through optimised changeover activities and a reliable asset base Responsibilities:- Assist with the deployment of maintenance strategies using techniques such as Criticality Assessment, Condition Based Maintenance, Reliability Centred Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Optimisation Own the site Root Cause Analysis process, ensuring that operational deficiencies are appropriately investigated and robust corrective actions are implemented Optimise campaign reliability by selecting and deploying appropriate reliability management techniques for short, medium and long term production processes Data analytics, leading to proposal and execution of projects to improve reliability Work across all levels and functions within the organisation to influence reliability culture Key Figures:- Production plan performance Equipment availability Assets with planned maintenance strategy in place Core Skills/Competencies:- Degree qualified Eng in a technical discipline.
