Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - French Speaking
£22k basic + uncapped commission + bonuses
(£35k OTE in year 1, £60k in year 2 and realistic OTE £100k+ on wards)

What is recruitment?
Recruitment is a fast paced and challenging sales role where you'll be juggling client's needs and sourcing candidates within the Data & Analytics market. You need to be up for the challenge and be ready to push yourself to earn the rewards recruitment offers:
Business development/prospecting
Client relationships
Selling jobs and selling retainers
Selling a service to clients
Organizing interviews and chasing up feedback
Offering candidates jobs and negotiating the offer/package
Business trips to Paris up to 4 times a year
We are looking for:
Fluent French speakers (due to the nature of the role you need to be confident in speaking to French clients at business level)
Hard workers
A desire to work in a competitive sales environment
Proactive
Resilient and ability to take on feedback
Presettled EU status desirable but can provide visa sponsorship
