Luxury 5 Star Hotel in Dubai is searching forLobby Ambassador.  The primary responsibility of the Lobby Ambassador is towelcome and initiate the overall first impression of ourguestâ??s arrival experience. This position proactivelywelcomes and engages with our guests, enhancing their experience byfielding inquiries, promoting our vast array of amenities, andfacilitating welcoming and efficient interactions. All duties areto be performed in accordance with departmental and propertypolicies, practices, and procedures. Creates positive, memorable, and efficient guestinteractions within the hotel lobby and front desk.Provides engaging, entertaining, and inspiring guestservice; meeting or exceeding property standards.Proactively greets guests within the lobby environment,identifying needs and fulfilling appropriately.Monitors traffic flow and guest queues within lobby;directing guests as appropriate to minimize wait times.Manages queuing system and procedures in accordance withproperty policies. Actively identifies,acknowledges, diagnoses, and resolves guest concerns followingservice recovery protocols. Identifies salesopportunities and promotes premium rooms, suites, and amenities toguests. Maintains comprehensive and accurateknowledge of amenities, outlets, and generalinformation. Exceeds standards for personalappearance and grooming at all times.Facilitates lobby safety, cleanliness, andsecurity. Performs all other job relatedduties as assigned.    Requirements Age: 21 -32 Male preferred Englishand Arabic are required. Additional Language as anAdvantage.
