A Newly opened Luxury Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAEis searching for team members to conduct brilliantoperation.   Sushi Chef Responsibilities are: Expertly cutting, slicing, and filletingdifferent types of fish. Inspecting thequality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushidishes and informing the Executive Chef when quality issub-standard. Preparing various types of sushidishes according to established guidelines on quality, portionsize, presentation, and food safety.Maintaining a clean work environment in order to preventfood contamination. Regularly taking inventoryof food supplies and other products. Reportingany problems with kitchen equipment to the manager onduty. Sterilizing all utensils, instruments,and equipment used in sushi preparation before everyuse. Communicating with staff to ensure thatspecial requests and food allergy considerations aremet.    Requirements Proven experience working in upscale sushirestaurants. Sound knowledge of food safetyregulations. The ability to work underpressure. The ability to stand for longperiods of time. Excellent time-managementskills. Exceptional customer serviceskills.    Benefits 1 year contract Salary 5500 AED (1497$)+ 250 AED (68$) Language Allowance+ 330 AED (89$) Service Charge (from 3rd Month).
